a) Help with the travel of young persons, who are resident in St Helier to and from the Island on specific projects.

b) Help with the travel of youth leaders/supervisors/coaches/helpers who are working with youth groups/clubs/organisations within the Parish of St Helier.

c) Help with the purchase of equipment for organisations such as youth groups community clubs sports groups etc that benefit the young the elderly disabled and disadvantaged in our community.

d) Help with start-up costs for a limited agreed period for community groups/clubs/organisations within the Parish of St Helier.

e) Help with various specific projects run by local organisations from which the young the elderly and disadvantaged in the Parish of St Helier will benefit.
