(a) To help with the travel of young persons, who are resident in St Helier and aged between 10 and 18 years old, to and from the island on specific projects. In special circumstances ages below and above the permitted age range will be considered.

(b) Help with the travel of youth leaders/supervisors/coaches/helpers who are working with youth groups/clubs/organisations within the Parish of St Helier.

(c) Help with the purchase of equipment for not-for-profit organisations such as youth groups, community clubs, sports groups etc that benefit the young, elderly, disabled and disadvantaged in our community.

(d) Help with start-up costs for a limited agreed period for community groups/clubs/organisations within the Parish of St Helier.

(e) Help with various specific projects run by local organisations from which the young the elderly and disadvantaged in the Parish of St Helier will benefit.

(f) Residents in St Helier and islanders with strong links to St Helier.

(g) Individuals, groups, charities, sports clubs, educational groups and faith groups.

Applicants are not limited to the above criteria. Consideration will be given by the trustees to all projects that have a community benefit.
